Speaking of teensy, awesome, dollhouse-related things: Rachel informed me today that the miniatures at the Art Institute GET DECORATED FOR CHRISTMAS! Tiny halls decked in festive finery! Teensy ornaments on teensy trees! Baby mistletoe! A mini-yule log! Historically accurate, miniature ormamentation! I can't even handle this. I'm going next week.

they remind me of the interiors of those really nice dollhouses one of my friends had, which her grandfather made for her but she never let me touch. UNAPPRECIATIVE BITCH. I'm totally going to buy one for myself now and put it in my apt, right next to the tent I'm making.
